I've had a ton of emails asking for more shots of the build and video of it running down the street. Here a short clip to give you some idea of what we did to build this wild ride. Its a mix of video and photos. Of course, there was ALOT more to it than just what you see here. Enjoy!!

& You can always upgrade to a 140hp S&S!
Certainly well made, but given the choice I would have kept the bike as it was, unless I had endless amounts of money with which to play with,or even better endless amounts of someone else’s money to play with!!
Nuts but happy!!
cool
Did i read about this beast in HRM once?
put a ‘busa engine in it. poor harley!
thats’s boss!
Nice job
thumbs up !
I don’t believe I’ve ever heard of a Vespa car before, but with my memory who knows. Mini-cars are kinda weird, I like um but don’t think I’d want to drive one, yet I live on a motorcycle, BMW by the way, 20 years old with over a hundred grand on it now. You guys do damn nice work, I wish I had a talent for fabing, but I have friends who do, and they don’t know what I do, so it works out. Would you mind describing the transaxle, speeds etc. Nice work guys, now about the color..
All I got to say is…. FRIGGIN’ AWESOME.
I think that car was built by a company called Jaxter? or something like that.
I remember reading about them in a magazine years ago and I tried to get more info on them. They used to sell a conversion for the engine to trans/rear set-up. Would have made our build much easier. Unfortunately, they went under a while back. Too bad. It was a great idea…
Well done!!! I like it a lot!
@39crosley so you used another transmission after the harley motor or did you hook up linkage to use the one in the sportster motor
What a neat little car!
love this car never thought i would like a small car but how can you not something that has a harley engine in like the car alot cool
super j adore : quel boulot !!!!
félicitation les gars
@EBONSOLACE It runs off chains and sprockets through jackshafts to the trans where we machined adapters and welded them to halfshafts…
just wondering, how you hooked it up to the drive axle and trasmission?
Awesome job there
I hope the Zeta sports we are about to restore comes out as good thanks for the inspiration Robin
Awesome!!!
how much does the car way and hows the acceleration.. I kno the torque is prob amazing.. U should make an in car vid soon.. AWESOME PROJECT!!!!
excelencent works for the machine head…
Neat build, but I have to wonder about keeping that air cooled Harley Sportster motor from overheating. Was a VRod motor too big? One of these with a Ducati Desmoquattro or Testa stretta L Twin Superbike motor (from a 996, 998, 999, 1098)would be the business. Italian, more power, better sounding, and they’re water cooled too.
@allaussiedownunder I have an idea of how much work goes into a project like this ,used to race speedway and spent alot of time sitting in a armchair with pen and paper and scratching my head, good to see you have a great result…wish i had the time, want to run my car on hydrogen and stick it up the oil companies..all the best
We built our own pipes and had them HPC ceramic coated….
