HD is slow pig, WWII technology. Their best engine v-rod is designed by Porsche.

i hate that they went from straight cut gears to helicut gears on transmission. just to cut down the noise. whats worse for the EPA that a motorcycle make a few decibles louder or that yuppies buy the bike and the trans go out and there is a new bike that no one wants.

Harley does have a patent pertaining to the v twin. But it’s not for the vtwin.

I’m an HD lover but I also have sportbikesSome guy thinks his vrod will beat a hayabusa. Lay off the crackpipe. My stock buss ran a 10 flat in the quarter. Bone stock with 160 at the rear wheel. Like I said I love HD but don’t ever think you can beat a buss with a stock Harley. Just won’t happen. Busa held the record for fastest production bike ever made. The origionals did 225

To which his own. I love all bikes, but I do not prefer HD.

So why is it that Harley’s are the most sought after motorcycles…IN JAPAN?

saomaino September 30, 2009 at 3:40 pm

really? May be it’s not popular so it’s hard to find one over there. Otherwise, why woudn’t HD export them to Japan?

They do damb ass.

So are you saying that HD is popular in Japan? By asking “why wouldn’t HD export” does not mean that they don’t export, it just means that they’re not selling well. You should try to think a little bit before posting things like “They do damb ass”. Idiots like you on YouTube is just a waste of bandwidth.
